There was no change to the Franklin International Equity Rotation model this week.

Income focused domestic equities have been one of the hottest areas of the market to start off the year, significantly outpacing the performance of the S&P 500 (SPX) so far. Those looking to gain exposure to the group could look towards the Franklin Income Equity Focus ETF (INCE), which holds an extremely strong fund score of 5.52, in addition to a sharply positive score direction. INCE has traded in a positive trend dating back to 2023, with it also moving to a buy signal in July of last year. Currently, the fund trades above the top of its ten-week trading band, so those looking to buy the fund could wait for some normalization or pullback of the fund before adding. Lastly, the fund offers an extremely strong yield of 4.6%.
