There were no changes to the suite of DWS models this week, so we’ll look at the Xtrackers MSCI Europe Hedged Equity ETF (DBEU). International equities have cooled off relative to their US counterparts, however, the long-term technical pictures for many international representatives remain intact. DBEU is a good example as it’s fallen over the last two months but has found support near its bullish support line as its general trend higher is unbroken. DBEU’s fund score has fallen from near 5.0 to 3.41 over the last few months, but it is still in acceptable territory. With support and its bullish support line nearby that has been in place for nearly three years, DBEU has a viable reward-risk ratio at current levels.
