DAL Delta Air Lines Inc. ($74.70) - Aerospace Airline - DAL broke a spread triple bottom at $75 for a second sell signal since peaking in the mid-$80s earlier this month. The break follows a negative trend change, which dropped the stock down to a 3 for 5'er in technical attribute rating. DAL now resides at its lowest level since May and support now resides in the mid-$60s.

LIN Linde Plc ($503.44) - Chemicals - LIN returned to a buy signal Monday with a double top break at $504. Monday's move adds to a modestly positive technical picture as LIN is a 3 for 5'er that ranks in the top half of the chemicals sector matrix. From here, the next test for the stock is its bearish resistance line at $520.

PEB Pebblebrook Hotel Trust ($20.08) - Real Estate - PEB moved higher Monday to break a quadruple top at $20. This 4 for 5'er has been in a positive trend since January and sits near the top of the real estate sector RS matrix. The weight of the technical evidence is favorable and continues to improve. Initial support can be seen at $17.50. Note that earnings are expected on 10/29.
