ACT Enact Holdings Inc R ($43.38) - Finance - ACT is a 5 for 5'er that ranks in the top quartile of the finance sector matrix and has been trading in a positive trend since 2023 and on a market RS buy signal since 2024. On its default chart, ACT has completed five consecutive buy signals, most recently breaking a triple top in June that carried the stock to an all-time high of $50. ACT has subsequently pulled back into heavily oversold territory in a prior consolidation range, offering an entry point for long exposure. Positions may be added in the low-to-mid $40s and we will set our initial stop at $37, which would take out multiple levels of support on ACT's chart. Using a modified vertical price objective based on June's triple top break, we will set our target price at $69. ACT also carries a 2.1% yield.
