OSCR Oscar Health, Inc. Class A ($32.55) - Insurance - OSCR improved to a 5 for 5’er earlier in September after seeing the market RS chart reverse back into Xs. Along with positive near-term market and peer RS, OSCR has maintained positive long-term RS against the market and peer group since April 2026 while currently ranking within the top quintile of the Insurance sector matrix. On the trend chart, OSCR has maintained a positive trend since April this year and returned to a buy signal in mid-August. The stock followed up with a second buy signal at $34 in September, completing a bullish catapult and marking a multi-year high. Okay to consider OSCR in the $31 to $36 range. The bullish price objective of $48 will serve as the price target, while the initial stop loss will be set for $25.
