CSGP CoStar Group Inc. ($29.83) - Real Estate - CSGP fell Wednesday after the company's earnings release, breaking a triple bottom to mark a new multi-year low. This is the fifth consecutive sell signal for the 0 for 5'er that has been in a negative trend since last October. CSGP has also been on an RS sell signal against the market since 2022 and ranks dead last in the real estate sector RS matrix. The technical picture is overwhelmingly negative. However, CSGP bounced slightly in afternoon trading back toward the middle of its trading band, making it a potential sell-on-rally candidate. Overhead resistance can be seen initially at $31.
JCI Johnson Controls International PLC ($139.56) - Building - JCI reversed into Xs and broke a double top at $146 to return to a buy signal. The stock has been a 4 for 5'er since April 2025 and currently ranks within the top half of the Building sector matrix. Okay to consider here on the breakout. Note the stock's all-time chart high at $150 from earlier this month. Initial support lies at $138, while additional can be found at $132 and $126.
PG The Procter & Gamble Company ($144.78) - Household Goods - PG moved lower and completed a quadruple bottom at $144. The 2 for 5'er moved down from a 3 with its latest move, after reversing into a negative trend. Additionally, the stock ranks in the bottom half of the household goods sector matrix. A sell can be considered here. Initial support is seen between $138-$140.
TGT Target Corporation ($147.15) - Retailing - TGT broke a double top at $146 for a second buy signal. The stock has been a 3 for 5'er since February this year and currently ranks within the top third of the Retailing sector matrix. Okay to consider here on the breakout. Initial support lies at $134, while the bullish support line resides at $126.
