There is a change to the Invesco Power 4 Model (POWER4) this week.

There is a change to the Invesco Sector 4 Model (POWER4) this week: sell the Invesco Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Consumer Cyclicals Momentum ETF (PEZ) and buy the Invesco Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Basic Materials Momentum ETF (PYZ). PEZ was sold because consumer cyclicals fell out of the top four in the model’s sector rankings. In its place, the model added PYZ as basic materials has moved into the top four in the rankings. PYZ currently has a favorable 4.11 fund score, which is 0.77 points better than the average for all materials funds, and a positive 3.49 score direction. On its default chart, PYZ has completed two consecutive buy signals and reached a new all-time high last month before pulling back to the middle of its trading band. Year-to-date (through 10/31) PYZ has gained 20.68% on a price return basis.

In addition to PYZ, POWER4 also has exposure financials, industrials, and technology. Year-to-date, POWER4 has gained 5.12% on a price return basis.
