BWA BorgWarner Inc. R ($70.45) - Autos and Parts - BWA is a 4 for 5'er that ranks in the top quintile of the autos and parts sector matrix. After giving three consecutive buy signals, BWA found support at $61, reversing up from that level twice, and returned to a buy signal earlier this month when it broke a triple top at $66. Long exposure may be added in the high $60s to low $70s and we will set our initial stop at $57, which would take out two levels of support on BWA's chart and violate its trend line. We will use the bullish price objective, $89, as our target price, giving us a reward-to-risk ratio approaching 2.0. BWA also carries a 1% yield.
